Welkom Police Seek Public Assistance to Find Missing Teen Relebohile Rebecca Mokati

Welkom, Free State – The Thabong Police in Welkom are urgently seeking public assistance to locate Relebohile Rebecca Mokati, an 18-year-old who has been missing since 27 July 2024. The call for help was made by Free State Police Spokesperson, Captain Stephen Thakeng.

According to Captain Thakeng, Relebohile was last seen at her home in Thabong at 06:40 on the morning of her disappearance. Her mother returned home at 18:15 that evening and found that Relebohile was not there. Concerned, she inquired with Relebohile’s boyfriend, who mentioned that she had told him she was going to visit her traditional healer.

Relebohile was last seen wearing a pink dress paired with white sneakers. She is described as dark in complexion and well-built. A Missing Persons case has been registered, and the police are actively investigating her disappearance.

Captain Thakeng made an earnest appeal to the public, stating, “Anyone with information leading to the tracing of Relebohile Mokati can contact Thabong Police Station SAPS members at cellphone number 082 848 8120 or the Crime Stop number 08600 10111.”

The disappearance of Relebohile has left her family and the community deeply worried. The Thabong Police urge anyone who may have seen her or has any information about her whereabouts to come forward. The swift sharing of information can be crucial in locating her and ensuring her safety.
